Embossing process of positive and negative rollers: this method is to emboss the coated PP coated paper, TPX coated paper, silicone oil paper or special coated release paper with positive and negative rollers. Because the base paper and the surface release layer are deformed synchronously in the embossing process, deep patterns can be obtained under the condition of low release layer coating amount, and the paper is not curled.

This process is especially suitable for making deep and rough style patterns, such as large/small litchi patterns, BMW patterns, crocodile patterns for sofas and car interiors.
